Inflation has greatly impacted just about everyone, and our ability to do a number of installs in a smaller geographical footprint allows us to save money, and we’re happy to extend that savings to you.
Bonney Lake residents are what we call, dual PSE customers. This means you have PSE for both gas and electric services. If you decide to update your current gas, HVAC system with an electric heat pump, or even an electric furnace, you can save hundreds, maybe even thousands in rebates.

We are happy to honor this promotion as long as it’s in close proximity, roughly 5 miles, of your neighborhood – as working in a small geographical footprint makes it possible to offer these prices.
DO I HAVE TO GET ONE OF THE SYSTEMS LISTED, OR ARE THERE OTHER OPTIONS?
When we do your walk-through, we will gladly discuss other options with you. There are many systems that have fun, modern technologies and benefits that we can explore, if you’d like.
IF I STAY WITH GAS, WILL I RECEIVE ANY REBATES?
We are a preferred PSE contractor which allows us to give you the rebate upfront; we’ll take care of the paperwork and wait for the funds, so you don’t have to. Rebates are always tricky and there are many variables and conditions that have to be met to determine if – or how much you will receive. We are happy to work with you to ensure you get the maximum benefit.
WILL A FULL-HOME AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM WORK WITH THESE SYSTEMS?
Yes, there shouldn’t be any issue with adding it to your new system.
WILL THESE SYSTEMS WORK FOR MY HOME IF IT’S OVER 3000 SQUARE FEET?
We may need to consider upgrading to a 4-ton system, but it will be affordable and we’re happy to provide you with those numbers when we do a walk-through.
