Regularly Change Filters
Ensure motors &bearings are clean and oiled
Check thermostat accuracy
Make sure drains & traps don't need to be flushed
Inspect and clean blower & fan
Check manifold pressure
Make sure the burners are clean and in good working condition
Inspect the gas line
